LATINA SANCTUARY FACILITATOR & LIFE COACH
Born in Jalisco, Mexico, Lupita is a mother and community advocate who brings personal experience and cultural insight to her work supporting Latina women and families.
She has hands-on experience in child development and community engagement through her roles in schools and community programs.
Deeply committed to mental health advocacy, Lupita has pursued training in NAMI De Familia A Familia and participated in programs such as Mujer, Salud, y Liderazgo and Family Development.
These experiences strengthen her expertise in empowerment, self-advocacy, and community leadership. She champions women’s empowerment and fosters resilience among community members, creating spaces where families can grow, heal, and thrive.
