Paula is a devoted family and community advocate committed to fostering restoration, empowerment, and growth.
She is the founder of Above Adequate, where she serves as a certified life coach, professional speaker, and trainer. Through her work, Paula mentors youth, young adults, and women, providing guidance that promotes personal growth, resilience, and self-transformation.
In addition to mentoring, Paula trains life coaches and mentors and provides professional development for staff within organizations and ministries.
Her approach emphasizes holistic personal development, helping individuals achieve healing, self-empowerment, and lasting impact in their lives and communities.
