Tashii is the Lead Organizing Coordinator at FIERCE Advocates and a passionate community advocate whose work is deeply shaped by her lived experiences.

As a former foster youth, she brings personal insight and resilience to her leadership, amplifying the voices of families, youth, and caregivers across her community.

With nearly a decade of active advocacy, Tashii has developed resources, initiatives, and programs that support vulnerable youth and families, including those within the special needs community.

She also serves on local committees to guide equitable policy and community planning. Her approach centers on empowerment, equity, and healing, helping individuals find their voice and take collective action for lasting community change.

Tashii is a proud mother of two, balancing her family life with her dedication to advocacy and organizing.

Her work is motivated by a commitment to equity and the belief that communities thrive when every voice is heard and valued.
