Teresa brings deep community knowledge and a passion for empowering youth, families, and fellow caregivers to FIERCE Advocates.

With extensive experience supporting science and technology education and serving as a school site parent partner, she has dedicated her career to fostering skills, confidence, and opportunities for local families.

In her role as Administrative Data and Evaluations Coordinator, Teresa helps ensure that FIERCE’s programs are guided by accurate information and meaningful evaluation.

Her work supports the organization in measuring impact and strengthening services that uplift families throughout West Contra Costa County.

Teresa feels grateful to live and work in a community she cares deeply about. She is a proud mother of six and a grandmother.
