Tiara is a mother, creative spirit, and community-rooted caregiver with a lifelong connection to birthwork. Her passion for supporting others began early, drawn to nurturing roles and inspired by the strength and sacredness of birth.

As a trained doula and lactation educator, Tiara blends ancestral wisdom, herbal care, and emotional support to guide families through birth, postpartum, and healing journeys.

She approaches every family with care, strength, and compassion, whether holding space in the delivery room, preparing nourishing meals, or offering a listening ear.

Tiara is committed to honoring the unique experiences of each family she serves, creating a grounded and supportive presence at every stage of their journey.
