LEADERSHIP & COACHING COORDINATOR

Cairo is the Leadership and Coaching Coordinator at FIERCE Advocates, bringing community leadership, data analysis, and strategic engagement expertise to his work.

A former Development and Communications Director, he is committed to advancing access and opportunities for Black and Brown communities through leadership coaching, group engagement, and intentional community development.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Merced, and is passionate about empowering communities through grassroots programs that address social inequities.

Cairo also brings creativity, a love of family, and a focus on sustainable practices to his work, embracing strategies that recycle, reuse, and repurpose resources to maximize community impact.
